Last week Year 11 Business Studies visited the Landrover/Jaguar plant in Liverpool.  It was really nice to hear very positive comments from staff concerning their attitude and behaviour.  Maths Masterclasses started last week; it was very pleasing to see so many pupils in school on Saturday morning enjoying a variety of mathematical activities.  Year 11 pupils visited some local primary schools last week with ‘Theatre in Education’.  This involved a number of school issues and the rehearsals in school, during the previous week, performed to some Crompton House pupils were very useful in providing feedback to help them improve their presentations.

The school choir will be singing choral evensong at Keble College in Oxford on Wednesday 1 February.  Pupils will also have an opportunity to look around the city and get a taste of student life.
